Our stay here was enjoyable with plenty of amenities provided. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked well. We appreciated the breakfast that was provided each morning and found the location to be convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach was also just a short walk away.
Communication with the staff was difficult as they did not speak English very well. The room was not cleaned daily during our stay and we found the shower to have lukewarm water.

As someone who stayed in several hotels during my visit to this city, I can confidently say that this hotel provided the best value for money, and the facilities were fantastic. The rustic style of the hotel added to the charm, yet the rooms were still impeccably clean, with fresh wall paint. I was impressed with the strong Wi-Fi signal and the variety of cable channels, making it the best of the hotels I stayed in. The staff was not only good but also kind, making my stay comfortable. The location was a major selling point - just a couple of blocks from the main beaches, while Monsignor Tabosa street, known for its boutique shopping, was also nearby.

My Xmas holiday was enjoyable due to the spacious room with a large comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning to beat the heat. the friendly staff made my experience even better. the location was perfect since it was close to great-value seafood and pizza restaurants, and a short walk to boutique shopping. Breakfast was fresh, and the staff kept the rooms clean.
The hotel could improve by renovating the building since it was old and plain. Noise from the corridors and reception in the morning disturbed my sleep.

The hotel location is perfect for beach enthusiasts, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are decent-sized and clean, with comfortable beds. the front desk staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast served is decent. the air conditioning and WIFI work well.
Communicating in English with reception staff can be difficult at times.
